2 Stage ejection using the EBS quick knockout coupler
Home position (Before part ejection)
Press ejectors ara activated, moving the pin plate and the floating stripper as one.
The continuing movement of the press efectors releases the OPC Quick Knockout Couplers at your pre-determined position.
With the release of the OPC unit, the oating stripper plate is allowed to continue with the ejector stroke.
The retuning action of the oating stripper plate re-engages the OPC Quick Knockout Coupler, returning the second stage plat to the home position.
